As of 2003, updated statistics show that the divorce rate for Benton County has dropped by 18.6%, while the state's rate has dropped 7.3%.

As of 2006, updated statistics show that the divorce rate for Benton County has dropped by 30.2%, while the state's rate has dropped 14.6%.
