Philosophy of Fundraising

1. We will engage in only those fundraising activities that are consistent with our values and mission.
    
2. We will endeavor to establish close relationships with individuals, families, churches, businesses and organizations as sources of support rather than emphasize fundraising activities that have little if any relational htmlect.
    
3. We will place service to potential contributors first, above any expectation of their future giving.
    
4. We will endeavor to motivate people to donate because they bond with our mission, not because they feel pressure.
    
5. We will only apply for grants or conduct fundraising activities that allow us to remain consistent with our values and mission.
    
6. We will observe a careful balance between our mission and our means. We will exercise faith, but will remain financially responsible.
    
7. We will express timely and appropriate thankfulness to donors. We will not give special favors to any individual donor.
